I ordered this product expecting to receive the same white cream that my sister and other family members had previously purchased. I personally tried my sister’s cream for 3 days before ordering, and it suited my skin very well. Unfortunately, I received the exact same packaging, labeled as a “cream,” but the product inside was completely different. It was a transparent gel with a very different smell, and it did not suit my skin at all. I was disappointed because I specifically ordered this product based on my experience with the original white cream. I hope the company can clarify why the product is different despite having the same packaging and provide a suitable solution.
