IF YOU PAID:

By credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed. Please note that refunds will take up to (fourteen) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Cash on delivery:
Free standard shipping on all orders above AED 250. A charge of AED 21 will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the AED 250 free shipping threshold. All orders in UAE are delivered within 3 to 4 business days, excluding Friday’s and major holidays
